WE WILL EXPLORE WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED IN QUARANTINE? WHAT CONTINUES AND WHAT STOPS WITH YOU? WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN THROUGH THAT HAS REVEALED RESILIENCE?

EMERGE is a space for YOU to be seen, heard, and inspired. In groups of 6, each woman will be led through guided visualizations, writing prompts, story sharing, and gentle movement, as well as listening and responding to produced audio recordings intended to prompt facilitated sharing about cultivating courage to support your adaptation.
