Phase One : HONE

Before a single episode is recorded, your source stories are excavated, honored, and shaped. What happened. What it meant to you. What was made possible. What you've been through has become medicine in your life to help others see what is possible for them. This foundation is held within your Story Source Framework (SSF), a document anchoring everything that follows and ensures your podcast series is rooted in what is most true about you and your work.

Phase Two : RECORD

Your stories are recorded live, unscripted, in conversation with Ahri as your story partner. Not rehearsed. Not performed. Drawn out authentically by someone who knows exactly which question opens the next true thing. Recording everything initially honed.

Phase Three : SHAPE

Each episode is crafted into its most essential form. Music and sound are woven through - not as decoration but as emotional architecture, the way a score deepens a film. This is where your stories come alive. With integrated feedback, we then collaboratively write a script around the produced episodes, record the script, and weave it in to give each episode context for the listener.

Phase Four : LAUNCH

Introductions, transitions, and final revisions bring the series to completion. With your existing team or Ahri's trusted colleagues, the work moves from finished to published, and birthed into the world as medicine for your listeners.
